Pre-Order Notice
All PlayDeck products are currently part of a limited first release pre-order.

Orders placed today are expected to ship in June 2026. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Due to the nature of pre-orders, processing times may vary slightly depending on production timelines.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before purchase.

Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated ship dates, unforeseen delays in production or logistics may occur. If delays happen, customers will be notified via email.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout. PlayDeck is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
