PLAYDECK RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Pre-Order Policy
All PlayDeck products are sold as part of a limited pre-order release.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, all pre-orders are considered final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Returns
Due to the nature of this product and limited release inventory, we do not accept general returns.
